Mr. Low Kian Beng (KB) has over 40 years of experience in high-level executive roles across SGX-listed companies and the environmental sector, specializing in sustainable development, water treatment, renewable energy, and resource recovery. He is the founder of Zero Carbon Habitat Pte Ltd (ZCH), established as a joint venture with German professionals to offer differentiated solutions in renewable energy and resource efficiency.

From 2017, KB played a key role at Memiontec Holdings, guiding its SGX IPO in 2020 and subsequently serving as Senior Advisor until 2023, where he advised on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices. His leadership extends to roles as CEO of SP Corporation, ecoWise Holdings, and Envipure Pte Ltd, focusing on industrial engineering services for sectors such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and wafer manufacturing.

Earlier in his career, Low held significant positions at Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore (PCS), where he contributed to the PCS-II Project, managing plant design, EPC, and the complex planning and coordination for utilities across the Jurong Island development. Low has served as a council member of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore since 2012, holding roles such as Treasurer and Assistant Honorary Treasurer. He holds a B.Sc. (Eng.) from Imperial College, UK, and an MBA with distinction from Oklahoma City University, USA.
